CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Check-in: 4:00 PM - Check-out: 11:00 AM - Keyless entry: your unique door code is sent 48 hours before arrival, active 3 PM check-in day through 11 AM check-out day. POOL HEAT - Pool heating available for an additional per-night fee. Request at least 24 hours in advance (on-site activation required). - Pool is unheated by default. Once activated, heat stays on for the duration of your stay. POOL + HOT TUB SAFETY - No glass, ceramic, or cans in or around the pool or hot tub. - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near water. - Hot tub cover: undo the 2 straps before lifting; clasp it back down when done. PETS - Two well-behaved dogs welcome (50 lb max per dog). - $100 per dog per stay (added after pre-approval). - Message us before you book to confirm. - Keep pets off the furniture (a clean blanket is welcome). CAMERAS - Exterior cameras only: front door, front side exterior, and back exterior, for property security. - NO cameras indoors, in bedrooms, in bathrooms, near the pool or hot tub. - Cameras do not record audio. NO EVENTS / NO PARTIES - Sleeps 16 — total guest count must not exceed 16. - No weddings, receptions, bachelor/bachelorette events, or amplified-sound parties. - Outdoor music must be off by 11 PM per county ordinance. CLEANING FEE + TAXES - Cleaning fee and Oklahoma lodging tax are shown at checkout before you book — no surprises. EV - Level 2 charger on the driveway, included free with your stay. ON-CALL CONTACT - Owner responds through the platform 8 AM – 9 PM Central. - Krista (housekeeper, on-site partner) is the in-person contact for any urgent issue during your stay.
