Five bedrooms, four baths, and a backyard built like a private resort. Heated pool, hot tub, fenced pickleball + basketball court that plays under lights, 3-hole putt-putt, and a fire pit ringed with swings. 2,952 sq ft on a wooded acre, 7 minutes from Hochatown. The rare cabin where every generation has something to do at the same time.

Good to know

Kids on the court while parents are in the hot tub. Grandparents on the putt-putt. Teens at the arcade. Nobody fighting over the one good chair. THE COVERED PATIO is our favorite spot: stone fireplace with a TV above it, sectional for six, dining for four, and the grill right there — so whoever is cooking still sees the game and watches the kids. From that couch you can see the sport court, playground and fire pit. OUTSIDE - Pool, 12 x 25, fenced and gated. Depth 3.5 to 5.6 ft. Open year round; optional heating to about 85F on request, $200 for the first three nights then $40 a night - Hot tub, covered, forest views - Fenced pickleball + basketball court, lit for night play. Gear provided - 3-hole putt-putt green - Fire pit with two egg swings, hammock and string lights - Playground beside the pool fence INSIDE - Great room with stone fireplace. Other Details to Note

The property is surrounded by tall pines on a quiet, wooded lot. It feels very private and secluded, but you're just a short drive from Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the restaurants and shops in Hochatown. Roads are paved and well-maintained. Cell service is reliable and WiFi is available throughout the cabin. Guests arriving after dark — the cabin is easy to find and the porch light will be on for you. THE POOL — open year round and included with every stay. If you would like it heated, we are glad to arrange that as an optional add-on: $200 for your first three nights, then $40 each night after. We warm the pool to about 85 degrees and ask for 24 hours' notice so it has time to come up to temperature. Once heating is on, it stays on for the rest of your stay. The hot tub is heated and ready every day of the year, included. SLEEPS 16 across five bedrooms — four king suites and a bunk room. One price for the whole group; there are no per-person charges.

The wooded lot is yours for the duration of your stay — no shared spaces. Parking is free and on-site with room for multiple vehicles.

The pool was great with the hot weather. Plenty of activities to keep you and the kids occupied. Spacious with 5 bedrooms. Communication was easy and they were there for any questions. We would definitely return again. Pool and activities like pickleball and basketball
